The name Cyberspace doesn't get used much these days but it still sums up the internet world carrying all the information from computer to computer in the form of ones and zeros throughout the world!
My name is Noel but I'll be using the name Rodestar for this blog. I have many years experience with computers and technology ... practically 30 years worth! My dad was an electronics technician and he gave me an excellent foundation of electronics, mechanics and the ability to adapt my knowledge. I owe so much to him! I'm married and have three children - the best thing I've ever done!
I guess one of my best abilities, among many other things, is that I'm good at gathering technical information and relating it back to people in an easy-to-understand manner.
I have a PhD in Information Technology in the area of Digital Systems. I was using the internet since the late 80's and watched the world wide web grow from it's beginnings.
The last 10 years or so I've focused my attention within the printing/publishing industry and have recently started Internet Marketing, knowing that the potential was great but not knowing just how much has developed over the years. I was amazed!
So here I am ... learning how to make an income from the internet. Hopefully my experiences will help other people just starting out too.
